On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Administrative Penalties ( Environmental Management Act ) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 133/2014, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 1, and

(

b) the Administrative Penalties ( Integrated Pest Management Act ) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 134/2014, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

Section 13 of the Administrative Penalties ( Environmental Management Act ) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 133/2014, is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) by striking out " 62 (

b) or (d) (ii), 75 (1) (

b) and 77.1 (1) " and substituting " 62 (

b) or (d) (ii) and 75 (1) (b) ", and

(

b) in subsection (3) by striking out " 77.1 (2), ".

Schedule 2

Section 12 of the Administrative Penalties ( Integrated Pest Management Act ) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 134/2014, is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) by adding " 33.1 (2), " before " 59.1 ", and

(

b) in subsection (2) by adding " 33.1 (3), " before " 34 (1) ".
