OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated November 26, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective January 13, 2015, authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into a Project Funding Agreement for fiscal years 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding Nova Scotia's Family Justice Activities in the form set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in a form of agreement to like form and effect.
