Order in Council 791/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Rod Jackson was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective March 25, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 344/2021;

And

whereas Rod Jackson tendered his resignation effective March 4, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 344/2021 be revoked effective March 4, 2022.
