OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated October 3, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 1 of
Chapter 104 of the Acts of 1935,
An Act Relating to Dalhousie College, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Board of Governors of Dalhousie University, each for a term of office commencing November 2, 2006 and ending June 30, 2009: James S. Cowan of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, and Elizabeth Beale of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (
b) appoint Jay Abbass of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Governors of Dalhousie University for a term of office commencing November 2, 2006 and ending June 30, 2009. ..
