OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 2, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 40 of

Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act, is pleased to amend the Forest Sustainability Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2001-570 dated December 7, 2001, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
