OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated November 20, 2001, and pursuant to subsection 11(1) of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries to enter into an amending agreement respecting the Canada-Nova Scotia Crop Insurance Program substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement and such additional agreements or appendices as are necessary to implement this agreement to be effective on and after April 1, 2001.
