OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 26, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to effective March 25, 2014, authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to enter into an amended Pilot Project Funding Agreement for fiscal years 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding Nova Scotia's Family Justice Activities in the form set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in a form of agreement to like form and effect.
