Loi sur l’évaluation Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 4(1) of the Assessment Act,

chapter A-14 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended Le paragraphe 4(1) de la

Loi sur l’évaluation, cha- pitre A-14 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié (

a) in paragraph (

l) of the English version by strik- ing out “and” at the end of the paragraph;

a) à l’alinéa (

l) de la version anglaise, par la sup- pression de « and » à la fin de l’alinéa; (

b) in subparagraph (m)(ii) by striking out the pe- riod at the end of the subparagraph and substituting “; and”;

b) au sous-alinéa m)(ii), par la suppression du point à la fin du sous-alinéa et son remplacement par un point-virgule; (

c) by adding after paragraph (

m) the following:

n) real property or portions of real property occu- pied by a public transit system prescribed by regula- tion that is operated by or on behalf of one or more lo- cal governments primarily within the territorial limits of the local government or local governments.

a) Codiac Transpo, operated by the city of Monc- ton on its own behalf and on behalf of the city of Die- ppe and The Town of Riverview;

b) Saint John Transit, operated by the Saint John Transit Commission on behalf of The City of Saint John; and

c) Fredericton Transit, operated by The City of Fredericton.
