Order in Council 1257/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Jean-Pierre Blais of Arnprior be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Jean-Pierre Blais was reappointed as a full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective November 3, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 782/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 782/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
