OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, dated May 31, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 42 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting fisheries and aquaculture loans, N.S. Reg. 191/80, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 80-1707, dated December 16, 1980, to require approval on loan amounts higher than $1,000,000, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 19, 2007.
