OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated March 22, 2004, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 2.02 acres, more or less, situate at or near Mason Point, Inverness County, and more particularly described in
