OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated October 8, 2015, and pursuant to Sections 3, 5 and 6 of

Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2010, the Labour Board Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint George L. Hall of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as an employer member of the Labour Board for a term of office of 3 years commencing October 30, 2015; (

b) fix the remuneration for George L. Hall in the following aggregate amounts, payable to him for his service as an employer member of the Labour Board: (i) $200.00 per day for each day the member conducts a hearing as a member or participates in necessary training; (ii) $150.00 per day for each day the member necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Board, as a member, except while conducting a hearing or participating in necessary training; (iii) such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by the member in the discharge of their duties, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
