Order in Council 1388/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 5(3) of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002 , S.O. 2002, c. 28: Alysha Valenti of Toronto be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective as of the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
