B.C. Reg. 19/2011 , deposited February 3, 2011, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 17/2011, approved and ordered February 2, 2011.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

Schedule 2 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended:

(

a) under the heading " Wildlife Act ", in Column 2 opposite "

section 11 (5) ", by striking out " under 19 " and substituting " under 18 ",

(

b) under the heading " Wildlife Act ", in Column 2 opposite "

section 17 (7) ", by striking out " minor " and substituting " person under 18 ",

(

c) under the heading " Wildlife Act ", in Column 2 opposite "

section 17 (8) ", by striking out " minor " and substituting " person under 18 ",

(

d) under the heading " Hunting Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 8/99 ", in Column 2 opposite "

Section 8 (1) ", by striking out " under 19 " and substituting " under 18 ",

(

e) under the heading " Hunting Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 8/99 ", in Column 2 opposite "

Section 20 ", by striking out " hunting/firearm " and substituting " hunting/species ", and

(

f) under the heading " Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84 " by striking out the item for

Section 16 (6).
