OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated April 23, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 16 and 17 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Gary Dean of Hammonds Plains, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 22, 2008; (

b) reappoint Reid R. DeLong of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as an alternate management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 22, 2008; (

c) reappoint Donna VanBuskirk of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 22, 2008; (

d) reappoint Dennis G. Grant of Brookfield, Colchester County, as an alternate labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 22, 2008; (

e) reappoint Brian J. Matheson of Middle Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 22, 2008; and (

f) fix the remuneration for all the above alternate members of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) at a rate of $150 per day for each day they necessarily attend as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by them in the discharge of their duties.
