Order in Council 308/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 41 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 , John Breslin of Oakville be reappointed as part-time member of the board of directors of Skilled Trades Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the later of February 1, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
