OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 15, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement for the purpose of installing, maintaining and using transmission lines for the transmission of electricity and communications signals with respect to Crown lands below the ordinary high water mark of St. Patricks Channel, Great Bras d'Or between Lower Washabuck and Bone Island, Victoria County, shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Duval R. Goldthwaite, Jr., of Brielle, New Jersey, United States of America, his heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $1000 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
