Chapter 1 of the Acts of 2003, the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act, is pleased to assign the management and responsibility for the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act to the Member of the Executive Council holding the office of Minister of Labour and Workforce Development, effective April 1, 2008.
