BILL 100 1971 THE REVISED STATUTES CORRECTION ACT (Assented to , 1971) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. The Alberta Resources Railway Corporation Act is ~ed. as -:to..- .ction 9, subsection (1) by adding to the ena thereof the "",ord "Crown.". 2. The Conditional Sales Act is amended as to

section 19, subsection (1), clause (

b) by striking out the words "other condition is fulfilled" and by substitutin,q the words "price of the goods sold". 3. The Department of Public Works Act is amended as to

section 6, subsection (4), by striking out the words "subsection (1)" and by substituting the words "subsection (2)". 4. The Election Act is amended as to

section 169 by strik ing out the words "clause (d)" and by substituting the words "clause 3". 5. The Land Titles Act is amended as to

section 100 by striking out the words "of his satisfaction" and by substi tuting the words "to his satisfaction". 6. The Legal ProfessioYn Act is amended as to

section 42, subsection (1) by striking out the word "Edmonton" and by sUbstituting the word "Education". 7. The Limitation of Actions Act is amended as to

section 8 by striking out the words "clauses (

c) to (i)" and by substituting the words "clauses (

c) to (f)". 8. The Oil and Gas Conservation Act is amended as to

section 120, subsection (2) by striking out the words "section 8" and by substituting the words "section 7".

Explanatory Notes This Bill will correct certain er·rors contained in ,the Revised Statutes of Alberta 1970. I. R.S.A. 1970,

9. The Public Lands Act is amended (

a) as to

section 39 by striking out subsection (2) and by substituting the following:

section 16, subsection (2) by striking out the words "a suhstitute, temporary or p~time teacher" and by SUbstituting the words "a teacher referred to in seetion 89 of The School Act". 11. This Act comes into force on the day upon which it is assented to and upon so coming into force shall be deemed to have been in force at all times On and after March 1, 1971. 2
