On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Port Land Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 304/2010, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix, to apply for the 2013 and subsequent taxation years.

Appendix

Section 2 of the Port Land Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 304/2010, is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

a) by striking out " 2011 taxation year, as at December 31, 2010, " and substituting " 2013 taxation year, as at December 31, 2012, and ",

(

b) by repealing paragraph (b), and

(

c) in paragraph (

c) by striking out " Columns 4 and 5 of the

Schedule " and substituting " Columns 3 and 4 of the

Schedule ".

2 Sections 3 (2) and 4 (2) are amended by striking out " 2011 taxation year, " and substituting " 2013 taxation year, ".

3 The

Schedule is repealed and the following substituted:
