On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Targets Amendment Act, 2018 , S.B.C. 2018, c. 32, are brought into force.
