Order in Council 1624/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dirk VanderBent was reappointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term effective December 12, 2019 and ending October 21, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1825/2019;

And

whereas Dirk VanderBent tendered his resignation effective June 30, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1825/2019 be revoked effective June 30, 2020.
