OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 21, 1999, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a Quit Claim Deed by the Minister of Natural Resources for a parcel of Crown land containing 5.5 acres, more or less, situate at South Haven, Victoria County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Jennifer Mary Lynton Dunbar of South Haven, Victoria County, for the consideration of $1.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
