Order in Council 29/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3 (4) of the Securities Act ,

Hari Panday of Toronto

is appointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Securities Commission for a term not exceeding two (2) years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
