On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 273/2016 dated February 24, 2016 that appointed

Laila Kanji of Richmond Hill

as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Optometrists of Ontario under the Optometry Act, 1991, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
