Statute: AIDS Advisory Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 8, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 9 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the AIDS Advisory Commission Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Mary Hart-Baker of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), Halifax County as a member of the Advisory Commission on AIDS and designate her as the Chairman for the Commission for a term of three years commencing August 7, 2012; and (

b) order that the remuneration for Mary Hart-Baker be fixed in the following amounts, payable to her for her service as Chairman to the Advisory Commission on AIDS: (

i) an annual $5,000 honorarium to be paid pro rata; and (ii) such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by the Chairman in the discharge of her duties to be paid in accordance with the guidelines approved for civil servants.
