CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Corporation Capital Tax Act (No. 2) (Assented to June 18, 1991) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title1 This Act may be cited as The Corporation Capital Tax Amendment Act, 1991 . S.S. 1979-80, c.C-38.1 amended The Corporation Capital Tax Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Clause 13(1)(

b) is repealed and the following clauses substituted: A(

b) commencing on or after January 1, 1986 and ending before January 1, 1992, 0.5%; A(

c) commencing on or after January 1, 1992, 0.6%@.

Section amended Clause 14(1)(

b) is repealed and the following clauses substituted: A(

b) commencing on or after January 1, 1986 and ending before January 1, 1992, 0.5%; A(

c) commencing on or after January 1, 1992, 0.6%@. Coming into force5 This Act comes into force on January 1, 1992.
