OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 26, 1999, pursuant to Sections 6 and 9 of
Chapter 14 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Victims' Rights and Services Act, is pleased to extend Order in Council 98-263 which authorizes an expenditure of $100,000 from the Victims' Assistance Fund for the purpose of implementing a program to provide legal representation for sexual assault complainants regarding production of private records for a 12 month period ending August 21, 2000.
