Section 8 of
Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, is pleased to appoint Michael V. Coyle of Canning, Nova Scotia, as Chair of the Election Commission, for a term of five years, effective on and after December 1, 2009.
