OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 10, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Stephanie D. Kelley of Barrington Passage, Shelburne County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 96-447, dated June 11, 1996 to expire June 30, 2001; and (

b) appoint Stephanie D. d'Entremont of Barrington Passage, Shelburne County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, effective October 3, 1998 and to expire June 30, 2001.
