Order in Council 1683/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Special Investigations Unit Act, 2019 , Joseph Martino of Mississauga be appointed Special Investigations Unit Director for a fixed term of five years effective January 1, 2022.
