OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 28, 2026, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2023, the Regulated Health Professions Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Holly Nicholson of Halifax Regional Municipality as a public representative member of the Board of the Nova Scotia Regulator of Psychology made by Order in Council 2025-326 dated November 5, 2025, effective February 5, 2026.
