Order in Council 1345/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Carly Stringer of Sudbury be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Carly Stringer was reappointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective December 9, 2023 by Order in Council O.C. 1634/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1634/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
