An Act to Amend the Financial Administration Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 The Financial Administration Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by adding after subsection 41(3) the following: 41(4) At least 60 days before the day a scheduled gen- eral election is to be held, the Minister shall publish the fi- nancial statements of the Province for the previous fiscal year with respect to which the Auditor General has given an opinion in accordance with
