OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated August 15, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Holly Christine Sampson, made pursuant to Order in Council 90-673 dated May 29, 1990; and (
b) appoint Holly Christine MacIntosh of RR#2 West Bay, Richmond County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits.
