OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 20, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to: (

a) accept from the Estate of Elva N. Hudtwalker, its administrators or assigns, the conveyance at no cost of a parcel of land shown outlined in bold line on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation and containing 11 acres¦ (4.4 hectares¦) situated at North Shore, St. Anns Bay, Victoria County, subject to the condition the Estate of Elva N. Hudtwalker, its administrators or assigns, be able to certify title to the parcel of land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
