Order in Council 1624/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Shannon Braun of Bluewater be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 22, 2026.
