OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Trade dated November 7, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Premier and Minister of Trade entering into a Canadian Mutual Recognition Agreement on the Sale of Goods substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “D” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
