OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated December 6, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 3 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, the
Interpretation Act , is pleased to revoke the appointment of Annie Saint-Jacques as a member of the Nova Scotia Advisory Council on the Status of Women, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2015-56 dated March 3, 2015.
