B.C. Reg. 147/2005, deposited March 18, 2005, pursuant

to the FOREST ACT [Section 151.1]. Order in Council 256/2005,

approved and ordered March 17, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the

BC Timber Sales Business Areas Regulation, B.C. Reg. 243/2003,

is amended

(

a) by repealing the map titled "Seaward/tlasta

BC timber sales business area" and substituting the map titled "Seaward/tlasta

BC timber sales business area" attached to this order, and

(

b) by repealing the map titled "Skeena

BC timber sales business area" and substituting the map titled "Skeena

BC timber sales business area" attached to this order.

exempt from publication the maps attached to B.C. Reg. 147/2005.
