Order in Council 522/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2 (2) of the Building Code Act, 1992 and clauses 77 (

a) and (

b) of the Legislation Act, 2006 ,

Alyssa Cates of Vaughan

be appointed deputy of the Director of the Building and Development Branch of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing;

Further that Order in Council 638/2020 be revoked.
