Order in Council 1504/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1668/2013, dated the 20th day of November 2013,

A. John Hope was appointed as a member of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from November 20, 2013;

and

whereas A. John Hope has agreed to be reappointed as a member of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Police Services Board;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, A. John Hope is hereby further reappointed as a member of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
