OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated September 15, 1999, pursuant to
Section 27 and subsection 87(1) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, a portion of
Section 2 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1992, the Appropriations Act, and a portion of
Section 2 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994, the Appropriations Act, is pleased to ratify the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing entering into amending agreements respecting the Net Income Stabilization Account substantially in the form set forth in Schedules "A", "B" and "C" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
