OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 2, 2000, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

c) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to: (

a) transfer to Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, the administration and control of provincial crown lands at Shearwater, Halifax County, the said lands shown highlighted in green and labelled "Parcel 99-1" and "Parcel 90-2" on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purposes of this Order.
