OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated September 22, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with Statistics Canada concerning access to the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner fatality information, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to the addition of appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Memorandum of Understanding.
