Treasury Board orders that the following regulation is made:

MINISTER OF PROVINCIAL REVENUE EXPECTED

RESULTS FOR THE 2003/2004 FISCAL YEAR

Application of this regulation

1 This regulation applies to the Minister of Provincial Revenue for the 2003/2004 fiscal year.

Definition

2 For the purposes of this regulation, "Act" means the

Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act .

Minister of Provincial Revenue

3 The expected result that the Minister of Provincial Revenue is to achieve for purposes of

section 5 (2) of the Act is to earn $34 million in incremental (new) net revenue over the 2001/2002 base year from audit and revenue compliance related activity. — G. M. COLLINS, Chairman, Treasury Board.
