CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Noxious Weeds Act [Assented to March 18, 1958] Rev. Stat. c.215 The Noxious Weeds Act is amended in the manner hereinafter set forth. 1958, c.17, s.1.

Section amended Subsection (3) of

section is amended: (

a) by striking out “$5” in the second line and substituting “$50” ; (

b) by striking out the part thereof after the word “year” in the third line. 1958, c.17, s.2.

Section amended The proviso to
