OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated May 27, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education entering into an Agreement with Employment and Social Development Canada for the provision of programs to assist older workers in vulnerable communities to reintegrate into the labour market, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on after June 30, 2014.
