OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated January 11, 2005, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased, effective April 1, 2003, to: 1. implement the Nova Scotia Crown Attorneys' arbitration decision; 2. approve the rates of pay for the management group within the Public Prosecution Service; 3. approve rates of pay for employees in the MCP (Legal Services Pay Plan).
