Order in Council 680/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Michael Kraljevic of Toronto, reappointed by Order in Council 69/2022 as a member of the Board of Metrolinx, has resigned;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16, Order in Council 69/2022, dated January 13, 2022 is hereby revoked, effective the date this Order is made.
